Dognition March 16, 2013 Share this story X LinkedIn Facebook Copy link When we launched Dognition last month, we took a moment to exchange celebratory high fives, and then went right back to work. Today, we’re high-fiving again. If you’ve completed the Dognition Assessment Toolkit, you’ll find some fresh new treats in your Dognition Home , especially for you and your dog. And we’ll be adding more content every month! NEW DOGNITION HOME FEATURES Here’s a sample of what you’ll find in your Dognition Home each month: GET THE BIG PICTURE Starting this month, we’ll be adding dazzling infographics that illustrate the overall findings we’ve observed from all of the dogs who have participated in the Dognition Experience. March’s infographic will compare all of the strategies used by the dogs who played the Dognition games in our beta program, which ran until shortly before our February launch. EXPERT ANGLE We’ve partnered with some of the world’s preeminent dog experts, and we’re working with them to offer the members of the Dognition community new tips and activities every month. This month’s Expert Angle will offer pro tips on managing March Madness and other canine stresses. PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER When you participate in the Dognition Experience, you learn so much about your dog’s inner workings. But on top of that, you have the added bonus of being a citizen scientist . This means that the more people (and dogs!) who complete the Dognition Assessment Toolkit, the faster we’ll be able to make exciting new discoveries about all dogs. This month, we’ll share our preliminary scientific observations based on data from our beta program. Is there a relationship between dog size and bondedness? EVEN MORE FOR SUBSCRIBERS If you signed up for our subscription plan, this is the moment you’ve been waiting for. Annual and monthly subscribers will find a trainer activity geared to the Communication dimension of their dog’s Dognition Profile! Additionally, subscribers will receive a brand new science-based game every month . The results of these games, along with the Dognition Assessment Toolkit, can help paint an even richer picture of how your dog interacts with surroundings. For this month’s game we ask: what does the world look like from a dog’s point of view? If your Dognition Profile is complete, play the Spatial Navigation game for instant feedback about your dog’s strategic choices. We think you and your furry genius
are going to love these new features, and this is just the beginning. Let us know what you think in the comments below. Like what you see? Come on over to our Facebook page and give us a high five.
