향후 전망: 만약 우리가 모든 pet quality(반려동물 수준의) 개들을 계속해서 불임화(sterilizing)한다면, 머지않아 미국에서 일반적인 개(normal dogs)들은 멸종하게 될 것임.
AVMA의 책임: AVMA는 이러한 결과에 일부 책임이 있으며, 스스로의 사업 기반을 무너뜨리고 있음을 자각해야 함.
행동 촉구 및 캠페인 참여 안내
중성화 의무화(mandating spay-neuter)를 고려 중인 모든 기관에 연락하여 즉시 중단할 것을 요구할 것.

Maybe you need to ask the AVMA what’s up? Maybe you need to talk to your vet about this. Is the AVMA really supporting this harmful idea in order to channel business to it’s own members, rather than to look after the best interests of animals and their owners.
Meanwhile, consider this: Jennifer Margulis, PhD: Norwegians Believe Spaying or Neutering a Dog is Cruel.
And, do all pets need to be spayed or neutered to prevent shelter problems? No. In Arizona, the state with the highest euthanasia rates, mostly pit bulls and chihuahuas are euthanized. There is not an overpopulation of most pet appropriate dogs.
If we keep sterilizing all pet quality dogs, normal dogs will soon be extinct in America. Thanks in part to AVMA! Think about that. AVMA should think about that. They are moving themselves right out of business.
While you are at it, contact any place you hear of, which is considering mandating spay-neuter of all pets, to stop NOW. Vote with your business. Do not vacation there, do not attend events there. Notify the Chamber of Commerce of the city to let them know why. Here is one on the calendar: We have till October 5 to turn this around.
