강아지에게 소뼈를 주었는데, 언젠가는 그걸 다시 뺏고 싶습니다. 그래서 엑스펜(X-Pen)을 왔다 갔다 하면서 그 소뼈보다 더 가치 있는 자원을 줄 생각입니다. 강아지가 어떻게 반응하는지 보세요. 저로부터 뼈를 지켜야 할 필요성을 느끼나요? 소뼈는 처음인데, 다행히 별문제가 없었습니다. 세상에. 뼈를 뺏는 것보다 손에 든 간식을 주는 게 훨씬 쉽네요. 저는 그저 조금이라도 몸이 뻣뻣해지거나 자원을 지키려는 모습이 보이는지 살피고 있습니다. 그래서 그 소뼈보다 더 낫고 쉽게 줄 수 있는 자원들을 준비했습니다. 소고기, 들소 고기, 닭고기가 있습니다. 뼈를 뺏기 전에 이 과정을 두세 번 더 반복할 겁니다.
The puppy a beef bone and eventually I'd like to take it away from him. So I'm just going to go in and out of the X-Pen and give him higher value resources than that beef bone. See how he reacts. Does he feel the need to guard it from me? The beef bone is first ever and apparently that was no problem. Oh my. It's easier to get the food out of your hand than it's up in the bone. So I'm just looking for any stiffness, any guarding at all. So I've got better and easier available resources than that both. There's beef, bison, chicken. And I'll just do this two or three more times before I take the bone away.
