이건 공유할 만한 가치가 있는 귀중한 정보입니다. 애니가 강아지를 데리고 왔길래 제가 내려놓으라고 했습니다. 그랬더니 애니가 제가 지금까지 이 말을 했던 모든 수강생들이 했을 법한 행동을 했습니다. 제가 내려놓으라고 하면 그들은 리드줄을 풀고 강아지를 내려놓습니다. 저는 리드줄을 풀고 내려놓으라고 한 적이 없는데 다들 그렇게 하더군요. 그러면 강아지는 탐색을 하러 가버립니다. 저는 팝 팝(pop pop)이라고 말하려고 했는데 여기에는 흥분을 유발하는 요소들이 너무 많습니다. 그래서 제가 그녀에게 계획 없이 강아지를 절대 내려놓지 말라고 했습니다. 그렇다면 저는 제 강아지에게 어떻게 할까요? 저는 즉시 강아지를 내려놓고 장난감으로 주의를 끈 다음 다시 들어 올리거나 리드줄을 한 채로 내려놓고 장난감으로 주의를 끌 것입니다. 계획 없이 강아지를 절대 내려놓지 마세요. 정말 귀여운 강아지였어요.
This is a gem worth sharing. Annie came in with her puppy. I said put her down. So Annie did what I think every student I've ever said this to would do. And I said put her down. They take the leash off and put them down. Now I didn't say take the leash off and put them down but everybody does that. And then the puppy goes off to investigate. And I tried to say pop pop and this is a lot of inciting things here. And so I said to her never put a puppy down without a plan. So what would I do with my own puppy? I would instantly put them down and engage them with a toy and then pick them back up or I would put them down on leash and engage them with a toy. Never put a puppy down without a plan. So cute little dog.
