지금 마시고 있는 거 뭐예요 맥주는 아니에요, 제가 독일에 있다는 건 알지만 맥주는 아니고 그냥 콜라예요 우리를 속일 순 없죠 독일 사람이니까요, 그럼요 아이고 음 맞아요 그런 것 같네요, 아뇨 잘 모르겠어요 그건 해결할 거예요 음, 만약 안 되어 있다면요, 제 생각엔 안 되어 있는 것 같긴 한데 되도록 만들 거예요. 페이스북에서 인스타그램으로 라이브 방송이 어떻게 넘어가는 건지 잘 모르겠네요 제가 소셜 미디어에 아주 밝은 편은 아니라서 플랫폼 하나 다루는 것만으로도 벅차거든요 그렇잖아요 그래도 어떻게든 알아낼 거예요. 네, 방법을 찾을 겁니다 녹화도 되고 있으니까 나중에 공유하면 되죠 네, 맞아요. 나중에 다시 올릴 수 있으니까요 라이브만 아닐 뿐이죠 자, 여러분 저는 마이크입니다 여기는 아칸소고요 네, 미국에 있습니다 음 그럼 우선 자기소개부터 시작할까요 저는 주로 반려견 훈련을 하고 있고 서비스견 훈련도 아주 조금 합니다. 그저 어쩌다 보니 요청이 들어와서 하는 정도예요. 많지는 않고 대부분 반려견 훈련입니다 음 지금까지 거의 혼자 해왔어요 함께 일하는 동료는 따로 없습니다 가끔 도와주는 사람이 있긴 하지만 대부분은 저 혼자 처리합니다 음 저는 소개하자면, 주말이나 평일에 틈틈이 IGP 훈련을 합니다 사실 제가 더 관심 있는 분야예요 전업으로 하고 싶지만, 그러진 못하네요 현재 세 마리의 말리누아를 키우고 있습니다 네 살짜리, 9개월짜리, 그리고 제 생각에 6개월 된 가장 최근에 온 레전드까지요. 그리고 저는 더 이상 원치 않아요 더 이상은 못 받겠어요, 정말로요. 정말 악몽 같은 일이죠. 좋긴 하지만... 그러니까 말이에요. 음, 하나만 키우는 것도 충분한데 둘은 너무 많고, 셋은 뭐... 아마 약이라도 좀 먹어야 할 수준일 거예요. 어쨌든 저의 상황은 이렇고요. 음, 이제 돔에게 넘어가서 직접 자기소개를 하게 한 다음에, 우리가 빌 더 보스에게 이어서 진행하도록 하죠. 제 이름은 도미닉이고, 이 팟캐스트의 공동 진행자입니다. 제가 어떻게 반려견 훈련을 시작하게 됐냐면요. 첫 반려견으로 도베르만을 입양했는데 네, 그래요. 알고 보니 녀석이 좀... 뭐랄까, 좀 미친개 같았고 문제 행동이 많은 개였어요. 그래서 결국 반려견 훈련을 받으러 다니다가 훈련사가 되었죠. 그 당시엔 아무도 제 개를 제대로 도와줄 수 없었어요. 왜냐하면 녀석은 사람, 자동차, 다른 모든 개들에게 공격적이었거든요. 정말 골치 아픈 존재였죠. 그래서 결국 패트릭과 앨리샤 로켓을 찾아냈고 그분들에게 정말 많은 것을 배웠습니다. 지금 제가 아는 대부분을 그분들께 배웠죠. 그 점에 대해 정말 감사하게 생각해요. 네, 그렇게 해서 제가 네이버 포스트 시스템을 접하게 되었고 우리 모두 결국 미주리에서 같은 수업을 듣게 된 거죠. 11월이었던 것 같은데, 11월인가요? 12월이었나? 죄송합니다, 12월이었어요. 그래요. 제 관심사는 주로
what is it that you're drinking it's not beer and I know I'm in Germany but it's not beer it's just Coke can't fool us every German yeah we know oh man foreign too I think so no I don't I don't know it will fix that um if it's not I don't think it is but we'll make it so that it is I'm not sure how lives work going from Facebook to to Instagram I'm not real social media savvy so one platform is about as far as I go you know but we will figure that out yeah we'll figure it out and it's being recorded too so we could always share it later yeah absolutely we can repost it it just won't be live so all right guys so um I'm Mike right here in in Arkansas um I'm in the U.S so um which I guess we'll just start with introductions um I mainly do pet dogs a little bit of service dogs just kind of really just because they've trickled in and you know there's been a request for it um not a lot though mostly pet dogs um I've had a it's pretty much me by myself here I don't really have anybody else that works with me or for me every now and then I'll get somebody but for the most part it's me um I have um just who I am I train uh igp on the weekends a little bit during the week it's kind of what I'm more into here I wish it's what I did full time but it's not you know so I have three miles uh four-year-old a nine month old and I think six months is um Legend my newest and um I don't want any more I can't take on any more I'm man what a nightmare I love it but it's a it's a um you know having one's enough and having twos a lot having three you probably just I need some medication or something but anyhow so that's me um and we'll move on to Dom I'll let him introduce himself and then we'll uh cure Bill the boss kind of take it from there so my name is uh Dominic I'm the co-host of this podcast and uh yeah how did I came to dog training so I bought my first dog a doberman and yeah it turned out that he was a little bit uh like let's say a little bit crazy a little bit problem dog and um yeah I finally went from dog training to dark trainer and nobody was able to help me really with that dog because it was aggressive people cars every other dogs and was really a pain so finally I found uh Patrick and Alicia Lockett um from who I learned a lot and most of what I know now and I'm really thankful for that and uh yeah that's how I came to the neighbor post system which we all finally uh ended up doing the same class in Missouri in November I think it was November December December sorry yeah and yeah my interests are mostly

전 반려견들과 함께 도그 스포츠를 즐기는 걸 정말 좋아해요. 그러니까 여러 반려견과 함께하는 거죠. 사실 저는 한 마리보다 조금 더 많이 키우거든요. 그리고... 네, 아까 말씀드린 대로 도베르만을 키우고 있어요. 이제 5살 반이 되었고요. 거의 2살 된 저먼 셰퍼드도 한 마리 있고요. 말리노이즈 강아지 두 마리도 있어요. 순종은 아니지만, 여전히 말리노이즈이고 키워보신 분들은 다 아시겠지만 가끔 정말 정신없을 때가 있죠. 정말 그래요. 그게 바로 저예요. 음, 제가 독일에서 산다는 말을 깜빡했네요. 어, 키라벨 씨 다음 차례인 것 같아요. 좋아요. 음, 저는 키라벨이고요. 시카고 출신인데 지금은 뉴욕 시티에 살아요. 음, 원래는 에티오피아 사람이죠. 항상 개를 너무 좋아했는데 개를 키울 수가 없었어요. 왜냐하면 아프리카 사람들은 개와 잘 안 맞는 편이거든요. 음, 하지만 독립하고 나서, 18살에 대학 가려고 독립했을 때죠. 뉴욕에서 1년을 보내고 나니 '나도 개를 키울 수 있겠다'는 생각이 들더군요. 그래서 19살에 첫 반려견을 입양했어요. 지금은 5살 된 저먼 셰퍼드와 뉴펀들랜드 믹스견이에요. 아주 덩치가 크죠. 그리고 음 그 개는 정말 훌륭한 개였는데 제가 엉망인 훈련사였어요. 음, 그래도 제가 배운 모든 것들은 유튜브에서 본 것들이에요. 래리 크론의 영상도 많이 봤고, 다른 유튜브 훈련사들 영상도 많이 보면서 그들이 하는 걸 강아지에게 따라 해보곤 했죠. 운 좋게도 제 강아지가 정말 똑똑해서 제 엉터리 같은 훈련 방식을 다 받아줬어요. 음, 그래서 즐거웠죠. 그리고 다른 사람들의 개를 훈련하기 시작했는데, 그냥 어쩌다 보니 하게 된 거죠. 어, 어, 어, 어, 어, 어, 제 개에게 많은 것을 가르칠 수 있었기에 다른 개들에게도 똑같이 할 수 있겠다는 생각이 들었습니다 그래서 제가 20달러만 주면 당신의 개가 산책을 잘하게 도와주겠다거나 앉아나 엎드려를 가르쳐 주겠다고 말했죠 그래서 대학 다닐 때부터 공원에서 모르는 사람들의 개를 훈련시키며 용돈벌이를 조금씩 시작했습니다 적은 돈을 받고 말이죠 그게 점점 발전하고 커져서 저도 실력이 늘었고 4학년 때쯤에는 꽤 괜찮은 아르바이트가 되었습니다 졸업할 때쯤에는 제가 개 훈련을 정말 좋아한다는 걸 깨닫게 되었습니다 그래서 졸업 후 2021년에 본격적으로 뛰어들어 전업으로 시작했습니다 5월에 졸업하고 나서 얼마 지나지 않아 나포포(Napopo)를 알게 되었고 운 좋게도 마지막 학교 중 한 곳을 알게 되어 12월에 이 두 사람과 함께 마지막 나포(Napo) 학교에 들어갈 수 있었습니다 그리고 정말 놀라운 경험이었습니다 그 이후로 저는 스포츠 훈련과 보호 훈련(Protection work)을 훨씬 더 많이 깊이 있게 다루기 시작했습니다 지금은 생후 9개월 된 강아지 예그나(Jegna)와 함께하고 있는데 재키(Jackie)에게 감사 인사를 전하며, 정말 대단한 강아지입니다 녀석과 함께 IGP 훈련을 할 계획이며 다른 스포츠도 탐색해 볼 생각입니다 저는 이런 스포츠들이 정말 멋지다고 생각합니다 어질리티든 뭐든 간에 개들을 위한 이런 스포츠가 참 많다고 생각합니다 스포츠는 정말 멋져서 제가 그 분야에서
I I love doing dog sports with my dog so or with my dogs finally I have a little bit more than one dog and uh yeah I have a doberman like I mentioned he's five and a half years old now I have a German Shepherd that's nearly two years old and I have two Malinois puppies I mean they're not purebred but still Malinois and everybody who owns one knows sometimes it gets really crazy yeah that's me um I live in Germany so I forgot that to say and uh yeah curable I think you're the next one awesome um so I'm kirabelle I live in New York City from Chicago um originally Ethiopian I have always been obsessed with dogs but was never allowed to have one because Africans and dogs don't mesh too well um but after I moved out so I moved out for college when I was 18. spent a year in New York and was like I can get I can do this with a dog and so I got my first dog at 19. he's a now five-year-old German Shepherd Newfoundland mix big eat and um you know he was an awesome dog and I was a shitty trainer um but you know everything I I Learned was from YouTube I used to watch a lot of Larry Crone I used to watch a lot of other just YouTube trainers and kind of uh imitate what they would do with him and luckily I had a very smart dog who can uh handle all my [ __ ] so um it was fun you know and you know I started training other people's dogs just because I was able to do so much with my own dog that I felt that like I could replicate it and so I was like hey give me 20 bucks I could help your dog walk nicely you know or I can help your dog sit or down and so I started while I was in college just kind of making money on the side training random people's dogs at the park for just a little bit of change um and it just evolved evolved and grew and I got better and by the time I was a senior it was like a solid part-time job and towards graduation like I I kind of decided that I really loved training dogs um and so I after I graduated in 21 I 2021 I just went all in and started doing it full time so I graduated in May I discovered about napopo shortly after and so I was lucky enough to find out uh right before one of the last schools and so I got into the last Napo School in December with these two guys and you know it was just it was incredible um and since then I've started diving into a lot more sport work a lot more Protection work um and I have my now nine month old now puppy jegna um who shout out to Jackie is incredible um and I definitely plan on doing igp with him maybe exploring other sports as well I I find a lot of these Sports so cool whether it's like agility or um like I just think a lot of these Dog Sports are cool so I'm excited to kind

계속해서 성장해 나가는 것이 기대됩니다 음 방금 5월 골드 과정을 마쳤고 음 다시 반복해서 수강했습니다 그래서 지금 여기 이렇게 있고요 네, 초대해 주셔서 감사합니다 멋져요, 아주 좋은 시간이 될 거예요 마이클이 당신의 '음' 하는 버릇에 대해 지적한 것 같더라고요 댓글에서요, 아시다시피 뭐 우리 모두 아직 완전히 프로는 아니니까요 괜찮습니다 그리고 언급했어야 했는데 음 카라벨의 개와 제 개는 한 배에서 태어난 형제견이에요. 네, 그리고 정말 저는 지금은 훨씬 더 많이 알지만 물론 지금은 아는 게 더 많지만요 그 개와 정말 즐겁게 지내고 있어요, 녀석은 강철 같은 담력을 가졌거든요 그래서 연습 중이었는데 음 어쩌면 그녀가 말한 게 저였을지도 몰라요 제가 방금 스스로 다섯 번 정도나 그 말을 하는 걸 알아챘거든요 뭐 어쨌든 며칠 전에 연습을 하다가 녀석한테 몇 번 당했어요 지금은 낫고 있는 중인데 우리는 제가 총소리로 녀석을 테스트하고 있었거든요 근데 정말 첫 번째 총소리에 녀석이 방향을 바꾸더니 저를 물어버린 거예요 제대로 물렸죠. 몇 번 당했어요 입술에 작은 피 물집이 생겼고 팔에도요 그랬죠 알다시피 오늘 녀석들이 조금 거칠었거든요 네, 마음에 들어요. 우린 그들의 어 네, 그들에겐 약간의 고집이 있어요. 재미있죠 네 네, 마음에 들어요. 음 그래서 저는 골드 스쿨 이후에 시작했어요 제가 시작했을 때가 골드 스쿨이었죠 그랬죠 어 벤처, 당신은 이미 제그나를 키우고 있었고 그래서 저는 하기 시작했어요 그러니까 모든 걸 조작적 조건 형성으로요, 그런데 모든 걸 조작적 조건 형성으로 하는 데 익숙하지 않아서 그래서 제가 느꼈던 건, 아시다시피 다른 훈련사들은 함께 훈련하면서 제가 조금 뒤처지는 것 같은 느낌을 받았거든요 지켜보면서요, 왜냐하면 아시다시피 루어링을 사용하면 더 빠른 결과를 얻을 수 있으니까요 그리고 음 분명 진심이나 열정이 덜 들어가긴 하지만 뭐, 그래서 말이죠 제 말은, 배우는 과정이라는 거죠. 제가 마이클에게 말했던 게 기억나요. 제가 모든 걸 다시 해볼 기회를 얻게 되어 기쁘다고요. 그리고 그녀가 댓글을 달았던 메시지 중 하나가 이런 거였죠. 그래요, 이제 당신은 완전히 새로운 실수들을 저지를 수 있게 되겠네요 정말요, 하지만 지금은 이해가 가요. 그건 정말 재미있는 대화 주제네요 왜냐하면 저도 확실히 제 첫 반려견인 비기는 순수하게 고전적 조건 형성으로만 훈련했거든요 모든 걸요, 그러니까 음 저는 지난 몇 달 동안 정말 열심히 노력해 왔어요 어 조작적 조건 형식을 도입하려고 노력했고 조금 더 창의적인 사고를 하는 개로 만들려고 시도 중이에요. 쉽지는 않았지만 조금씩 나아지고 있어요. 저는 훈련을 완전히 멈췄었죠 그냥 나가서 공놀이하는 것 외에는요. 그와 함께 하는 모든 훈련을 멈췄었어요. 왜냐하면 저는 그가 약간의 거친 면을 스스로 찾기를 바랐거든요 왜냐하면 그의 평생이 계속 그러니까 말이죠 그랬으니까요 음, 당신은 내가 시키는 대로 해야 하고, 내가 그에게 무엇을 해야 할지 보여주면 그는 그대로 따릅니다. 그리고 그는 일반적인 견주들에게는 인상적으로 보이죠. 하지만 제가 작업견들을 보기 시작했을 때, 그렇죠, NAPDOPA에서 이런 것들을 많이 보기 시작하면서
of keep growing in that in that area and um I just finished Gold in May um repeated it again and here we are yeah so thank you for having me guys awesome it's gonna be a good one I think Michael called you out on some ums in the comments you know you know it's we're not we're not all Pros quite yet it's okay and I should have mentioned that um carrabelle's dog and my dog are litter mates yeah and um man I I probably never of course I know more now but man I've had so much fun with that dog he's a he's a made his nerves are like steel so we were practicing um maybe it's me that she was saying that I'm about because I've just caught myself saying it about five times but regardless so I was practicing he got me a couple days ago man it's healing now but we were I was just testing him out with some gunshots you know and man just the first one and he redirected and he got me he got me good he's gotten me a few times a lip I got a little blood blister on my lip and my arm you know they got a little dirty side today yeah I like it we have their uh yeah they have a little attitude it's fun yeah yeah I like it it um so I you know after gold school I started it was gold school when when I got uh Venture you had already had jegna and so I started doing you know everything operately but not used to doing everything operately so I felt you know the other people that I trained with I was kind of feeling like I was falling behind a little bit watching you know because you get quicker results whenever you're luring and um you don't get as much uh heart and soul obviously but and so it I mean it's a learning process I remember that I told Michael that I'm glad that I get a chance to do everything over again and then one of the messages that I think she had commented on was like yeah now you get to make a whole new set of mistakes man now I'm seeing it though it's yeah that's actually a fun topic to talk about like you know because I definitely so my first dog biggie purely classically conditioned everything I mean um I have been working very very hard over the last several months trying to uh introduce operant conditioning and trying to make it more of a creative thinker and it's been difficult but he's getting there I stopped training all together outside of just like going out and playing some fetch I stopped training all together with him because I wanted him to kind of find a little bit of that dirtiness because his whole life has been you know um you must do what I say and I show him what to do and he does it and he he impresses the average dog owner but then when I started seeing working dogs you know and I started seeing a lot of this

NAPDOPA 시스템 내에서도 말이죠. 문제는 언제 훈련에 그것을 통합할 것인지, 어떻게 훈련에 그것을 통합할 것인지, 그 방법입니다. 음, 어느 정도 수준으로 그것을 훈련에 통합할 것인가 하는 문제들인데, 저는 이 질문들이 정말 최고의 전문가들과 나머지 사람들을 구별 짓는 요소라고 생각합니다. 왜냐하면 조작적 조건 형성을 어느 정도 할지, 고전적 조건 형성을 어느 정도 할지 마스터하고, 언제, 그리고 왜 그것을 수행할지 파악하며, 개에게 딱 맞는 균형을 찾는 것이니까요. 그렇죠. 마치 정해진 미리보기 같은 게 있는 게 아니니까요. 제 생각에는 그 개가 어떤 개인지, 당신이 무슨 목적으로 그 개를 키우는지에 따라서도 달라진다고 봅니다. 서비스 독이든 스포츠 독이든 그냥 나이 든 반려견이든 어떻게 훈련하느냐에 따라 항상 다르다고 생각해요 네 확실히 그래요 그리고 제 생각에는 음 저도 이제 바꿔봤으니까요 몇 주 동안 오퍼런트 훈련만 하다가 제 개들 중 한 마리의 강아지에게 유도(lure) 훈련을 하러 갔는데 어린 강아지였죠 음 그런데 그게 녀석들에게는 생소한 방식인 거죠 그래서 저는 왔다 갔다 하는데 그 균형을 찾는 게 아마 5년이라는 시간의 일부일 것 같아요 저와 마이크가 아는 그 5년이라는 시간요 그게 뭐랄까 음 임의적인 숫자이긴 하지만 시스템 안에서 5년 정도 경험을 쌓으면 이 모든 상황을 어떻게 조율해야 할지 알게 되는 거죠 제 말은 어떤 사람에게는 그게 4년이 될 수도 있고 어떤 사람에게는 1년이 될 수도 있고 또 다른 사람에게는 7년이 될 수도 있다는 거죠 무슨 말인지 아시죠 네 맞아요 그냥 제 생각에는 음 제 문제는 제가 좀 강박적인 편이라는 거예요 훈련실 절반이 화이트보드로 덮여 있을 정도죠 다음 날 뭘 할지 다 적어두거든요 그러고 나서 다음 날이 되면 그 계획대로 하려고 애를 쓰는데 아시다시피 개들은 화이트보드를 읽을 수 없잖아요 무슨 일이 벌어질지 모르니까요 그래서 제가 계획을 세우면 보통 잘 안 풀려요 오히려 계획을 안 세우고 그냥 하는 대로 따라갈 때 음 개들이 꼬리를 올리고 잘 따라오는 것 같아요 그 부분 중 하나는 어, 훈련 세션에 기대를 가지고 들어가지 않는 것입니다. 왜냐하면 정말이지 그게 바로 실수를 하게 되는 지점이니까요. 만약 강아지에게 그런 기대를 전달할 수 있어서 오늘 우리가 이걸 연습할 거야, 그리고 나는 네가 이런 식으로 해주길 바라, 라고 말할 수 있다면
stuff at napopa I was like well this is just a different world and so you know and now just like you said I have a clean a clean slate with jegna and um you know I think there is this misconception that napopo is strictly about Opera conditioning and it's interesting like because you have a few Malinois it's probably fun you can do some experiments and see like I'm gonna do classical operands mix and like you know that that might be cool but I think that there is a place for classical conditioning a massive place for it within the Naple post system it's just a matter of when do you incorporate it into your training how do you incorporate it into your training um how much do you incorporate it into your training and those questions are really I think would differentiate the top people from like everyone else because when you can Master Okay how much do I do operant and how much do I do classical when do I do it and why and finding the right balance for the dog right it's not like there's like a preview like I think it also depends on what your dog is what you have your dog for if you have a service dog if you have a sport dog or just an old pet I think that always depends on how you train your dog yeah for sure and I think that um also going because I've switched I've went I've you know trained for weeks nothing but operant and then you know go to lure one of my dogs puppies one of the young ones um and it's like uh it's foreign to them so then uh you know I bounce back and forth but I think that finding that balance is probably part of that five years that Mike and I know that's kind of a um arbitrary number but you know kind of that five years worth of experience in the system that you know how to ebb and flow through it all but I mean that could be four years for somebody it could be a year for somebody it could be seven years for somebody else you know what I mean but yeah yeah just I think um I think my problem though is that I'm I'm a little bit too OCD for that like I man I got white boards all half my training room is white boards on what I'm going to do the next day and then the next day comes and I try to stick to that program and you know these are dogs they're not reading the Whiteboard they don't know what's happening and so when I plan it usually doesn't go well it's usually when I don't plan and just kind of go with it um you know the dog's tails up I think part of that is uh not entering training sessions with expectations because man that's where you really that's where you go wrong you know if you could communicate those expectations to a puppy and then say this is what we're working on today and this is how I

it um when we were in school you know I don't remember how many people we had in silver school what was it like 30 50 was it 30 was it that many no no no no I thought it was a yeah I thought it was a smaller class yeah it was smaller but I mean we got we could raise our hand and ask a question even we weren't supposed to but it happened a lot when you have but if you have how big is the new silver school like a hundred people two up to 100 I think up to a hundred you're not gonna have that opportunity to raise your hand and stop I mean because you you just won't get anywhere there's not that much time in the day so um I would want to be more prepared going into the new silver school as opposed to what we you know went through especially you know those tests are going to come and oh yeah those tests yeah you want to have it together you want to know and so the more ahead of the system you can get to get in there and learn um you uh of course there's going to be people that go through silver school that know that are still farther ahead than I am because they've been training you know a lot longer um than I have and may have probably in the system been training a lot longer yeah but I'm speaking specifically to people who are just now uh going to learn the language of you know the popo and uh anyway and the languages just read in the comments I think uh Derek wrote there will be 80 silver and 20 gold students for the news for the new class gotcha that I'm going to tell you that was I probably had more fun and and silver school was fun but I had my own Airbnb in silver school I think a lot of people did but gold school man that was really that was fun there was a I don't outside of working and um and training pretty much all day every day I don't really have time to sit down for on a regular basis hang out and I don't know be I don't want to say ignorant but um it was just fun you know you can let your guard down and I'm sure that it'll be the same way for for other people coming in yeah and that's that's exactly what you what you were talking about that for gold school we had a yeah we rented the house with a few people and on the evenings we came together and had I I don't know discussions they were hour long and everybody has different ideas and everybody has a different opinion on things and that's what makes everything so yeah it was it was awesome yeah yeah it was definitely one of the for me it was definitely I think one of the big highlights for sure being able to have those just open conversations what about I know you went to you you kind of you failed the first time around so what um were you in the Airbnb the

각기 다른 분야를 전문으로 하는 훈련사들을 생각할 때면 라스 렌즈는 어떻게 가르치는지 궁금해요. 아마 제 이름 발음이 틀렸을 수도 있지만요 어떻게 그 사람은 추적(tracking) 하나만으로 3~4일 동안 가르칠 수 있을까요? 제 생각에는 추적에 대해 그렇게 많은 정보가 있을 것 같지는 않은데, 분명히 있는 거겠죠. 그렇지 않다면 그 정도로 오랫동안 그 주제로 가르치지 못했을 테니까요 저스틴 리그니에 대해서도 똑같이 말할 수 있어요. 그는 어떻게 파워 바이트(power biting)에 대해 3일 내내 가르칠 수 있을까요? 어떻게 그 작은 한 부분에 대해 그렇게 많은 정보가 있을 수 있고 3일 동안이나 강의를 할 수 있는지 말이죠. 하지만 그는 해냅니다 그는 그 분야의 전문가이고 그게 바로 그가 전문으로 하는 것이니까요. 그리고 많은 사람들이 적어도 제 클럽에 있는 사람들은 그걸 보면 저에게 말을 건네는 사람들이 있어요 어떻게 그렇게 많은 정보가 있을 수 있느냐고 말이죠 그리고 그 사람들이 저에게 언급하는 가장 첫 번째 이야기는 그냥 부정적, 긍정적, 긍정적 이런 뜻 아니냐는 거죠 그러면 저는 이렇게 대답합니다 간단히 말해서는 그렇다고 할 수 있지만 그걸 수천 개의 다른 훈련 분야로 세분화할 수 있습니다 앞서 언급하셨듯이 반려견 훈련 안에서도 말이죠 훈련인데 이걸 어떻게 적용하시나요? 어떻게 부적 압력을 적용하시는지 또는 추적 훈련에 부적 강화를 적용하시는지 말이죠 제 말은 이 시스템을 정말로 적용할 수 있는 훈련 분야는 끝이 없다는 거예요. 그래서 제가 그 간단한 질문 하나에 너무 오래 답변한 것 같네요. 그러니까 어디 봅시다 질문 하나만 더 받고 그다음에 마무리하는 게 좋을 것 같네요 오늘 너무 길어지면 시청하시는 분들이 지루할 수 있으니까요 그리고 마지막 질문 하나 더 짚고 넘어가고 싶으신가요? 찾아보고 있는데 질문 보셨어요? 네, 뭘 다룰지 말씀하시나요? 여러분은 어느 정도 다루신 것 같고 전부 다일 겁니다 음, 마지막으로 한 가지 더 덧붙이고 싶은 점이 있는데 그걸 끝으로 마무리하죠 음, 열린 마음을 가진 사람은 열린 마음을 가졌고 그렇지 않은 사람은 아닌 거죠 그건 요즘 세상의 문화적 움직임의 일부이기도 해요. 꼬리표가 중요한 시대죠 사람들이 꼬리표를 굉장히 신경 써요. 그래서 결국 그런 사람들은 계속 그렇게 살겠죠 음, 제 생각에는 어떤 꼬리표를 붙이든 상관없이 스스로를 고립시킬지 말지는 본인에게 달려 있다는 거예요 두 분 모두 정말 멋진 일들을 하고 계시다고 생각해요. 앞으로의 에피소드들도 정말 기대되고 그리고 음 진짜로 다양한 분야의 사람들이 여러분과 이야기 나누러 오기를 바라고 있어요 그러니까 음 그건 멋진 미래가 될 거예요 여러분 기대가 되고 앞으로 잘 되길 바랍니다 네, 다음 에피소드에 누가 나올지는 아직 잘 모르겠고 언제가 될지도 모르겠네요. 일단 지금은
different trainers who specialize in different things how does Lars lens I probably pronounced his name wrong too but how do you how does he teach for three or four days just on tracking you know my mind says there's not that much information on tracking but obviously there is or a profession that wouldn't be teaching for that long on that subject you could say the same thing about Justin rigney how does he teach for three days on power biting How can there be so much information on one small aspect that you know you could present for three days but he does it he's an expert in that field that's what he specializes in and a lot of people when they see at least in my club they got people who have talked to me How can there be so much information and they the number one thing that I get that it's mentioned to me you know it just means negative positive positive right and I you know I respond with I mean in a nutshell yes but you know you can break that down into a a thousand different uh disciplines in dog training life like you mentioned before but even within dog training how do you apply that to how do you apply negative pressure to or negative reinforcement to tracking you know I mean the list of disciplines that you can really apply the system to is endless so I really talked a little bit too long then on the one simple question so let's see I think we're gonna do one more question and after that I think we will close for today otherwise I think it gets a little bit too long for people watching and you want to you want to go over that one last question I'm looking did you see a question on there yeah what what we're going to cover me you guys kind of went over that already it'll be everything um the one thing the one thing I think I'll add to your last point is is this and then we can wrap up um you know if you're open-minded you're open-minded and if you're not you're not and so you know there's it's it's part of the the cultural movement in the world right now where labels matter um people care about labels a lot and so at the end of the day those people will be those people um I think that regardless of if you have a napole label or not um you know whether you isolate yourself or not is up to you and so I think you guys are doing some awesome stuff I'm excited to to see future episodes and um you know I sure as hell hope that there's a diverse list of people that want to come on and and talk to you guys so um it's it's it should be it should be a dope future I'm excited for you guys and hopefully yeah so the next episodes we're not really sure who's going to come on next or when that's going to be we plan on
