자기 변을 먹거나 다른 개의 변을 먹는 행위 변을 먹는 것 말이죠. 제가 보기에 단연코 가장 큰 이유는 영양적인 부분입니다. 그래서 제가 하는 일 중 하나는 반려견의 장내 미생물 검사를 받고 매년 모발 검사를 받아서 반려견에게 혹시 부족한 성분이 없는지 현재 식단에서 확인하는 것입니다. 저는 모발 검사를 위해 Dr. Dubias를 이용하는 것을 좋아합니다. 그리고 미국에는 VDI Labs라는 회사가 있어서 반려견의 장내 미생물 검사를 해줍니다. 물론 다른 곳도 있지만, 이곳은 제가 자신 있게 추천할 수 있는 곳입니다. 가능한 한 자연식에 가까운 신선한 음식을 먹이고 있는지 확인해 보세요. 만약 건사료 같은 가공된 사료를 먹이고 계시다면, 적어도 사료 브랜드를 바꾸시거나 식단에 신선한 재료를 추가하는 것을 추천합니다. 여기에는 장내 미생물에 도움이 되는 프리바이오틱스나 프로바이오틱스가 포함됩니다. 음,

So, one of the things that I do is I get my dogs gut biome tested and I do hair analysis on my dogs every year just to see if there's things that they aren't getting from the diet that they're getting fed. So, I like to use Dr. Dubias for the hair analysis. And there's a company in the US called VDI Labs that will do the gut biome testing for your dog. And there are others, but that's one that I can uh confidently recommend. Make sure that you're feeding them as fresh as close to a natural diet as you can. If you're feeding processed dog food like kibble, then I would recommend you at least change the brand of kibble and or add some fresh ingredients to that diet that includes a pre or probiotic to help with their gut biome.
